In my SMB world I don’t see a lot of great vendor/customer service, customer satisfaction, Patrick offers some really good suggestions on how to improve in this area:
- Do you think about your services from your customers’ point of view?
- Do you have a customer advisory board?
- What sort of language do you allow in your company when you talk about your customers?
- How do you treat your employees?
- How often do you ask yourself the really tough questions?
