How to get more out of your meetings ….. End them!

We’ve probably all sat through meetings that exhausted their utility hours ago.

A practice that I’ve found results in more productivity is to wrap up sooner than later, once decisions have been made and the actions by who and by when have been determined. Write it down and distribute – if not in the meeting ASAP thereafter.

Make it part of your routine if it isn’t already — better results will follow.
