Pat has over 30 years of experience as an enterprising and entrepreneurial financial executive with a long and successful record of creating, building and managing businesses in multiple industries. Blending hands-on operations experience with an exceptional ability to identify fiscal opportunities, Pat has an uncanny ability to find innovative ways to improve efficiency and increase profitability. Pat is adept at strategic and financial planning, R&D partnerships, forging alliances and overseeing domestic and international business operations.

Pat is a builder of businesses. In 2008, he formed PCA Corporate Strategies, serving as CEO, to identify and develop new venture business opportunities. Managing new business formation, executive team building and marketing & sales; he also raised significant seed capital from corporate, venture and individual investors.
Previously, at Harris Corporation, Pat served as the Director of New Business Development for enterprise-level software, where he successfully originated and developed new business opportunities and won a Harris global sales contest competing against 24 US and world-wide entities.
Pat also founded Electronique, as a spin-off of The Phoenix Group in 2002, and served as the CEO and CFO. The company manufactured motor assemblies and motor components and distributed electronic and electro-mechanical components to the aerospace and military industries. Pat subsequently negotiated the separate sales of a subsidiary of The Phoenix Group in the UK and Electronique in the US.
Among his accomplishments and business ventures, Pat created the marketing strategy and revenue model for Millisecond Technologies Corp. (MSTC). He subsequently served as a Director, COO and CFO for MSTC.
In 1989, Pat conceived and created Milk-Made Inc., a premium designer product manufacturer and distributor. Under his leadership, the Company invented and patented a new milk product, Cool Cow, and aggressively marketed this revolutionary product in the New York City metro area. Under his stewardship, the product was a tremendous success and was featured in numerous publications including the New York Times, New York Daily News, Chicago Tribune, Newsday, Star Ledger, Crain’s and Consumer Digest. It was also profiled on the Today Show and showcased by local radio and TV stations.
The product won approval from the American Heart Association as the first milk product to incorporate the AHA seal on the product label. He also solidified a major grant from the state of North Dakota to conduct test marketing and signed the first milk processor to a distribution agreement.
