WSJ Survey: In-Person Banking on the Rise

“Until recently, owners were relying on Internet banking more and more. About a quarter of owners surveyed in December 2009 said the Internet was the single most important point of interaction with their bank, while 48% cited their relationship manager. Today, only 18% say the Internet is the most important point of interaction and 53% cite their relationship manager.

At times your relationship with your bank can make the difference on an approval.  I’m glad to see this trend.
